mortgage bankers and brokers, announced today the launch of a new series of free webinars designed to help customers recognize and optimize their Calyx Software functionality. The “Customer Experience” webinar series will be offered regularly on a variety of informative topics.
The first webinar in the series, scheduled for July 21st, will focus on the recently introduced web portal for account management, MyCalyx™. In this session, customers will learn about the purpose and benefits of MyCalyx as well as how to create their accounts and use the portal to manage them. The MyCalyx webinar is particularly significant for customers because Calyx is moving to 100% electronic deployment of all products and releases beginning with the October launch of Point® 7.3.

Future webinars will cover topics such as using Compliance Management and the October release of Point 7.3. Customers will be given the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each session.
