At 7:05 a.m. Pacific Standard Time today focusIT started receiving reports of connectivity problems to all hosted systems. Upon investigation it was discovered that our data center vendor, SunGard, was experiencing an issue affecting our data center.
At 7:21 a.m. Pacific Standard Time all focusIT services were restored and operating normally. We have not received word from SunGard what the root cause of the outage was, but we expect this explanation shortly. As soon as we receive it we will provide it to our clients.
