“We are a mortgage bank with 12 loan officers and 35 employees altogether. Since we moved to our new loan origination system, Calyx Point, we have been trying to find the right plug-ins to do different things for us, including marketing and contact management. But our current software just wasn’t doing it for us. And because we couldn’t host those tools on the same server as our LOS and LOS data, it was clumsy, and occasionally it didn’t work.

“This is actually our third hosting solution. You might say that we’ve learned from the pitfalls of our previous two solutions. In a way, we were compromising what we truly wanted: a web-based system that provided a two-way integration with our LOS along with flexibility to do what we wanted with it.

I wanted to take a moment to write a review of the Pulse system we have recently begun employing with FocusIT. Breaking this down into two key items of product and service, I must say we are very pleased, thus far, with both.
The communication of our support team at FocusIT has been exceptional and put me at ease with implementing and launching a significant upgrade to our systems.
We are most excited about the automatic communication that will be shared with the clients, and believe it will assist us greatly in continuing to adapt/adjust to our frequently changing industry/environment.
I recommend FocusIT/Josh/Nancy wholeheartedly. I also look forward to further releases and increased functionality in the coming months, but it is already a very robust product.
