Application Completed
The Application Completed alert can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike when a Borrower’s Loan Application is completed and things are ready to move forward. Choose one or choose all to have automed on your behalf.
Sent to Processing
The Sent to Processing alert is used when the Borrower’s loan is sent to Processing and can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike. Choose one or choose all to have automed on your behalf.
Submitted
The Submitted alert is used when the Borrower’s loan has been submitted for consideration and can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike. Choose one or choose all to have automed on your behalf.
Suspended
The Suspended alert can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike when a Borrower’s Loan Application has been suspended. Choose one or choose all to have automed on your behalf and alert them of their updated status.
Re-Submitted
The Re-Submitted alert is used when the Borrower’s loan has been re-submitted for consideration and can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike. Choose one or choose all to have automed on your behalf.
Denied
The Denied alert can be sent via text message or email to update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike.
Cancelled
The Cancelled alert can be sent via text message or email to update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike.
Conditional Approval
The Conditional Approval alert can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike when a Borrower’s Loan Application has received conditional approval and things are ready to move forward. Appraisal Ordered
The Appraisal Ordered alert is used when the Borrower’s appraisal has been ordered. This status can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike. Choose one or choose all to have automed on your behalf.
Appraisal Received
The Appraisal Received alert can be sent via text message or email to update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike.
Flood Certification Ordered
The Flood Certification Ordered alert is used when the Borrower’s request for a Flood Certification has been ordered. Flood Certification Received
The Flood Certification Received alert is used when the Borrower’s request for a Flood Certification has been received. Initial Disclosures Sent

Preliminary Title Received
The Preliminary Title Received alert is used when the Borrower’s preliminary title has been received. This status can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike.
Clear to Close
This alert is used when the Borrower’s status changes to “Clear to Close” by the Underwriting Department . This status can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike. Choose one or choose all to have automed on your behalf.
Closing Docs Drawn
The Closing Docs Drawn alert is used when the Borrower’s closing docs have been drawn. This status can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent.
Closing Docs Sent
The Closing Docs Sent alert is used when the Borrower’s closing docs has been sent out This status can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike. Choose one or choose all to have automed on your behalf.
Closing Docs Received
The Closing Docs Received alert is used when the Borrower’s closing docs have been received by the Funding Department. This status can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent.
Funded
The Funded alert is used when the Borrower’s loan has officially been funded. This status can be sent in both email and text message format to easily update Borrowers, the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent alike.
Closed

Post Close (5 E-mails)
Post Close emails are sent to past Borrower’s once they close their loan to keep up rapport. This is a vital part of the Customer Nurturing process and is done to stay top-of-mind if they eventually want to purchase a new home or refinance.
Leads (4 E-mails, 4 Texts)
Lead emails are sent once a potential Borrower has contacted you. They are sent to them in a drip campaign (a paced out system) that allows them to learn more about you, what the approval journey might look like, and other information tidbits.
