1. Log into Point
2. Click on the Folder were your files are located
3. Click on Utilities on the top menu bar 

4. Click on Dropdown List from the menu
5. Now click on the field you want to add names too, like Underwriter, Doc Prep or Closer 
6. Click on Add in the popup box
7. Enter the names and email addresses
8. Click on OK
9. Then OK again

Now you should see the names in the dropdown list within a file. For others to see them you and them would have to log out of Point and back in again for it to write to the PointCentral server.
